North Country Public Radio had a spot on Arthritis and exercise. I think it's worth a read.
I wish she had put more emphasis on the importance of joint alignment. Look at it this way: if you exercise properly, working the muscles evenly around the joints, you have a chance to bring your joints back into alignment. What results is a decrease of the painful inflammation called Arthritis - which is really the wearing out of the cartilage due to misalignment of the joint.
Do you think the last sentence could have included ADAPT Training for building strength?
