PROTEIN

It comes in many delicious and nourishing forms, one of which seems to have become a bad word: beef.  It's gotten a bad rap, perhaps you avoid it, believing that red meat is bad for your health because it contains harmful cholesterol - another bad word.  Or could it be a false theory?
As always, I'm asking you to take charge of your health and find truth about nutrition.   Please read this article with an open mind, and bear in mind that there are 40 footnotes - which means the facts are based on scientific research, not someone's idea or theory that was never proved.
